Ponderosa Salina is a meal stop you can count on for your groups!

We offer a complete facility with all amenities available for your passengers from 11 AM until 10 PM daily.

We serve a variety of fresh home cooked food including steak, chicken, ribs and seafood accompanied by soups, salads and desserts. Specific meal requests and special dietary needs can be prepared with notice. We also can provide meals to go. Our prices for entrees are very reasonable ranging from $5.00 to $20.00, and of course your driver and tour guide will dine for free.

We have a full service bar which includes beer, wine and mixed drinks.

Our main dining room seats 233 guests. If you prefer a separate dining area, we have a banquet room which will comfortably seat 100 guests.

Our site is visible from I-70 and has easy access. At this intersection are three large fuel stops with convenience stores. There are also eight motels if your guests require a night's lodging.
